About Darlene
I am committed to the respect and dignity of all vulnerable populations. My mission, vision and thoughtful approach to human services work is shaped by this commitment. I help communities strengthen local governance, redesign large scale federal programs, respond to public health crises and natural disasters, reorganize housing portfolios and strengthen grants management processes. I devote myself to helping municipalities, states and nonprofits achieve their highest potential for the people they serve.
I understand that in order to provide compassionate services and innovative programming, strong infrastructure must be in place to achieve the greatest impact for the who need them most. My work focuses on delivering critical foundational elements needed to strengthen the systems and processes necessary to support programs and activities that provide housing stability.
